We have created ongoing relationships with both institutional and non-institutional capital partners and lenders to acquire properties through real estate syndicates and funds that the company creates. As an operating real estate partner, we first uncover investment opportunities, then acquire, improve, efficiently operate and exit the properties purchased with the mutually compatible goals of capital preservation and maximum risk adjusted returns. We value our relationships, especially with our capital partners and our tenants, and have created a “culture of service” that recognizes the importance of these stakeholders in our success. We invest in a number of different asset types; however, our primary investment strategy is centered upon the acquisition of well-located suburban and urban multi-tenant office buildings.

We are presently acquiring office properties and converting them to “Lifestyle Office Buildings” to capitalize on the emerging trends in office building utilization. Additionally, we acquire vacant retail properties and convert the properties into third generation, climate-controlled self-storage facilities. Our investment goals are to create value for our partners, our tenants and in the communities where we own properties.
