The Vision Leander is a Mixed Use Project is located in Leander, Texas, approximately 18 miles northwest of downtown Austin. Leander is a business friendly incorporated town located in Williamson County, one of the fastest growing counties in Texas. The property is located just south of the Leander Transit Oriented District (Leander TOD) at the Southeast Corner of Toll Road 183A and Crystal Falls Parkway. The “Leander TOD” Plan is a 2000+ AC. New Urban community, taking advantage of the growth corridor north of Austin and a wealth of transportation infrastructure including the forthcoming Capital Metro commuter rail line and recently completed 183A toll road. Based on the transect, the plan will be brought to life by a Unified Land Development Code based on the SmartCode.
The project goal for The Vision Leander is to create a land use plan that accomplishes the following:
- Allows for the improvement of the property through development of on-site and off-site infrastructure.
- Provides marketable parcels of land that are zoned for residential uses that can be sold to local or national residential developers and builders.
- Provides commercial mixed-use retail, office, hotel and business park parcels that can be developed and held for long-term cash flow and capital appreciation.
