The Vision Leander is a 67.75 acre mixed use project located north of Austin, Texas in the city of Leander. The property is located at the southeast corner of the recently completed 183A Tollway and Crystal Falls Parkway in Leander. There is approximately ½ mile of frontage on the 183A access lanes and ¼ mile of frontage on Crystal Falls Parkway. Access to the property is from multiple points along both the 183A access lanes and Crystal Falls Parkway. The property also has access to all major utilities including power, water and sewer.

Leander is a growing suburb of Austin with a current population of approximately 30,000 and is expected to experience rapid growth over the next 25 years. The new six-lane 183A Tollway will likely contribute significantly to the growth in the area as improved ingress and egress make living in Leander a viable option for commuters.

Leander is also the last stop of the new Capital Metro commuter rail line that runs to downtown Austin.

The development plan for the project includes a mix of retail, restaurant, hotel and residential. Global negotiated a development agreement with the City of Leander that provides liberal zoning and annexation rights. Global also completed a subdivision plan (which is subject to final city approval) to create nine (9) retail/restaurant PADs on the property. It is anticipated that a portion of the site will be used for senior housing project and a master plan for a senior housing component is in the design stage.
