Mr. Auld has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is responsible for Global’s government built-to-suit and consulting services. Active in the San Diego real estate development industry since 1984, Mr. Auld is accomplished in all areas of entrepreneurial development and acquisition feasibility, entitlements, negotiation, legal, finance, design, construction, marketing, and disposition. Prior to joining forces with Global in 2007, Mr. Auld founded CITYMARK Development Corporation in 1998 with the primary focus of creating value in quality office and industrial development and repositioning opportunities. His comprehensive experience includes office, industrial, retail, multi-family and residential development. Proven in the development industry and with numerous constructed projects, Mr. Auld has the experience, talent, and resources to create successful, profitable projects.
