Mr. Zummo has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate with a background in acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, asset & property management and land subdivisions. Prior to joining Global Building, Mr. Zummo worked at Mammoth Equities as the Regional Director for Southern California where he was responsible for overseeing development, leasing and property management for all Mammoth Equities properties in the Southern California area. The Mammoth Equities regional portfolio under Mr. Zummo’s direction exceeded 1 million square feet. Mr. Zummo is experienced in managing commercial properties under Tenant in Common (TIC) ownership, including reporting to TIC investors. Prior to joining Mammoth Equities, Mr. Zummo was involved with various other commercial real estate firms where his responsibilities included development, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions and property management. During the 1990’s, Mr. Zummo was directly involved in the management, leasing and disposition of distressed properties on behalf of financial institutions and the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Mr. Zummo’s experience and success in managing distressed real estate includes repositioning under-performing assets for disposition through refurbishment and re-tenanting. Mr. Zummo earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Real Estate & Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and has held a California Real Estate Broker License since 1991. Mr. Zummo currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Carlsbad Oaks East Business Park Owner’s Association and is active in International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA).
