E. T. “Tad” Lewis

Mr. Lewis is a business development executive and attorney with 20 years of expertise in real estate, private venture and asset based finance, strategic joint ventures, new product launches, business management, and licensing and distribution arrangements. Prior to joining Global Building, Mr. Lewis was a partner at Mundt MacGregor, a 30 year old law firm with connections in the banking, manufacturing and fishing sectors in the Pacific Northwest and Scandinavia. Prior to this, he held various positions at start-up AccessLine Communications (now a division of Telanetix (TNXI.OB)), including Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development where he helped raise over $90 million from nationally recognized venture capital firms and spearheaded the company’s initial push into Europe and Asia. Prior to AccessLine, Mr. Lewis held various legal positions at The Boeing Company where he advised the finance group on asset-based financing, including cross-border commercial aircraft fleet financing, special purpose aircraft, international joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Lewis also heads up Seattle-based GuidePoint Law, which is focused on sustainable development and green technology, and technology ventures and intellectual property, and real estate development law. Mr. Lewis serves on the boards of the National Sustainable Building Advisor Program (www.nasbap.org) and the International Sustainability Institute (www.i-sustain.com).  Mr. Lewis graduated from the University of California-Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and received his JD from the University of Washington. Mr. Lewis currently serves on the boards of the National Sustainable Building Advisor Program (www.nasbap.org) and the International Sustainability Institute (www.i-sustain.org).  C. W.
