Mr. Howes has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and is involved in all aspects of day to day operations, marketing, leasing, tenant retention and property management for Global Building. Prior to joining Global Building, Mr. Howes worked with Mr. Lewis for 6 years as the Director of Operations for Mammoth Equities Property Management Group, Inc. where he was responsible for over 2.7 million square feet of office and industrial properties in five states. The properties under his direction consistently maintained an overall average occupancy rate above 90%. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Howes was Vice President of Gold Coast Design, a Southern California company specializing in hotel renovations. During this time he directed the company’s expansion and managed all major projects and accounts in the United States, including prominent hotel chains such as Marriott International, Hilton Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Embassy Suites, Ritz Carlton and Destination Resorts. Prior to Gold Coast Design, he was the Executive Vice President of B.D. Howes and Son, a retail chain with 11 stores in California, Arizona and Hawaii. His responsibilities included purchasing, marketing, sales and managing all locations. Mr. Howes sits on the board directors of the Foundation for the Children of the Californias, an organization that operates Hospital Infantil, a pediatric hospital in Baja California, Mexico.
